A signed registration and waiver form are due on the first day of class. You can find them here:Payment
Swim lessons and classes are paid for on a month-to-month basis and are due by the first lesson or class of each month. Scholarships are available for those that qualify. You can pay for a single trial lesson or class before you commit to paying for an entire month. Discounts will be rewarded for pre-paying months in advance:- 2 Month Payment: 5% discount
- 3 Month Payment: 10% discount
- 4 Month Payment: 15% discount
Invoices
We will try to get invoices to you the week before the new month, so you know how much is owed. We accept checks, cash (exact change if possible), Visa, Matercard and Discover. Please make checks out to Farber Swim School. If you need to make a payment and the office is closed, you can leave it in our black mail box by our door.
Make a Payment
Once you know your invoice amount, feel free to pay online using PayPal. This is a safe, easy and secure way to pay from home or over the internet and we even get charged less credit card fees when people use PayPal!
Directions to make a payment on PayPal, click the "Pay Now" button below. In the "Item Price" box on the left side of the page, write in your invoice amount. If you have a PayPal account, log in on the right side of screen to finish the transaction. If you want to pay as a PayPal guest instead, click on the "Don't have a PayPal Account?" link. The office will be notified as soon as you have submitted a payment.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for purchase at the Farber Swim School office and can be used to cover any of our program costs.
Change and Cancellation Policy
If a participant can not make it to a scheduled swim class, Farber Swim School needs at least 48 hours notice in order to change the day and time of the class or to award the participant a credit for that missed class to the next month's invoice. Participants can let us know they aren't coming by leaving us a note in our mail box by the office, sending us an email or by leaving a message on our phone. Please don't tell your instructor, the office is the best place to give that information to.If 48 hours notice is not given, we will not be able to give you a credit, unless it was a medical emergency. In that case, please give us a note from the doctor and we would be happy to give you a credit for the class.
We are still growing our lesson program, so we are able to be very flexible and will work with you in finding the perfect time for your lessons. If you are in a time that doesn’t work for you, fill out the below form and turn it into the office and we will contact you about switching days or time.
