More to know:
- Statements are sent out the week before each month starts! They are sent out in batches of 100 emails at a time and are sent from Billing@farberswimschool.com.
- If you aren’t receiving statements, check your spam folder and tell your email account Billing@farberswimschool.com is a safe email address.
- Statements and sub emails will be sent to every email address on your swim account.
- Statement payments are due your first lesson of each month. If they aren’t paid by the 10th of the month, that is when a $15 late fee is applied.
