this Spring Break!

Spring Break Lessons are a special opportunity to take several consecutive lessons over the weeks (potentially with the same instructor), which accelerates swimmers’ learning and can lead to major breakthroughs! (All lessons are discounted, too!)

Spring Break 2024:
Monday, March 25–Thursday, March 28

Location: Beaverton Pool
9470 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy.

The Basics

  • Discounted lessons available for all ages:
  • – Baby & Me classes (4 months–35 months)
    – Private lessons for 1 or 2 swimmers (ages 3yrs–Adults)
  • 30 minutes of customized lesson content 

  • Come once, twice, or every day! 

  • All lessons are 30 minutes, and run just the same as our regularly scheduled classes.

  • You do not need to be a regular FSS participant to sign up for these lessons.

  • Payment must be made as soon as lesson spot is confirmed by the office.
  • All sales are final! No refunds or credits offered.

Cost

Baby & Me classes: $12
•  GUPPIES = 4months–17months
•  MINNOWS = 17months–35months
•  FISHBOWL = 4months–35months

Private Lessons:
•  1 Person: $38
•  2 People: $44

Super Drop-ins (*SD*):
•  1 Person: $28
•  2 People: $36

 

General Policies

  • Prepayment is required to reserve lessons. 
  • NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER MARCH 25.
  • Instructors are subject to change (we will notify you of any changes via email ASAP).
  • Maximum of 2 swimmers in semi-private lessons
  • Swimmers new to FSS must sign a registration, policy, and waiver form.
  • Swimmers not yet potty-trained must wear a reusable cloth swim diaper.

FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED to reserve Spring/Winter Break lessons. No refunds/credits beginning 2 weeks before the program starts.

Cancellation Policies

  • All cancellations must be made via the online cancellation form. Please do not call or email to cancel.
  • 24 hours notice of cancellation is required to reschedule, and make-ups must be scheduled during Spring Break.
  • No credits or refunds are offered for cancellations. This applies in cases of illness.
  • Inclement weather policy: If we close the pool due to weather and lessons are canceled, swimmers will receive a 75% credit. Swimmers can choose to take a make-up lesson for the canceled lesson at another time (including after Spring Break) by using our Drop-in Lesson page. If we remain open and you decide to cancel, 24 hours notice is required for a make-up during Winter Break. If you have driving concerns, it is your responsibility to monitor the weather report and err on the side of cancelling early.

Signing up

  • Read both policy sections above.
  • Click on the blue “View Available Lessons” button to review Drop-in lesson dates and times (will appear when registration opens!)
  • Click on the blue “Request a Lesson” button to submit a request (will appear when registration opens!)
  • The office will email you ASAP for same- or next-day lessons.
  • If you request a lesson 2 or more days in advance, please allow 24 hours for us to respond.
  • Do not call the office to schedule lessons or ask about your request.
  • Pay for the lessons AFTER you receive confirmation from the office.
  • Close the scheduling form on your browser.
  • New-to-FSS swimmers will receive a Welcome email with more information.
