Cancel a Lesson

If you are a current participant of lessons and need to miss a lesson, you can use the form below to notify us.

If you give us:

• 48 hour notice: you will receive a credit for the missed lesson.
  • More than 3 waived lessons in a month will need to be approved by Office Coordinator.

• 24 hour notice: you can schedule a make-up for the missed lesson.
  • Make-ups must be a different day/time than your regular lesson.
  • Exceptions made for: doctor’s notes and family emergencies.
• Day-of or less than 24 hour notice: no credits or make-ups for the missed lesson.
  • Exceptions made for: doctor’s notes and family emergencies.
• Drop-ins are not eligible for credits or make-ups regardless of notice given. This policy is listed on policy webpage, drop-in webpage, in welcome email, and on signed registration form.
