Cancel a Lesson

If you are a current participant of lessons and need to miss a lesson, you can use the form below to notify us.

If you give us:

• 48 hour notice: you will receive a credit for the missed lesson.
  • More than 3 waived lessons in a month will need to be approved by Office Coordinator.
• 24 hour notice: you can schedule a makep-up for the missed lesson using our Drop-in program.
  • Make-ups must be a different day/time than your regular lesson.
• Day-of or less than 24 hour notice: no credits or make-ups for the missed lesson.

• Drop-ins are not eligible for credits or make-ups regardless of notice given. This policy is listed on policy webpage, drop-in webpage, in welcome email, and on signed registration form.

• Please only fill out cancelation forms for the swimmers on your account. If you have a buddy lesson and the other swimmer wants to cancel too, they will need to fill out their own form as well.

• Medical & Emergency Exceptions: may be made for human medical emergencies occurring on the day of or day before the lesson. Doctor notes will be considered. In both scenarios, cancel forms must be sumbitted in a timely manner.
  • (Example: Let’s say your lesson is on Wednesday and you go to the doctor on Monday. If you submit the cancel form and Dr. note on Wednesday (the day of your lesson), your fee will not be waived. Giving us advance notice allows us to advertise the lesson spot on the Drop-in page. The drop-ins are what pay for the waived fees.)
